Starts Monday 6 July at 6 am (12 sessions of Yoga for Flexibility available over 3 weeks…..  bootcamps@miltonyogastudio.com.au  . You don’t have to attend all sessions. you don’t have to start on Monday 6th. Aim for 2 sessions per week for great results with your flexibility.

    YOGA CLASSES: What does that mean for you, doing our yoga?  we shape the yoga to you, we won’t force you into the yoga postures

  • you are safe, and welcome to give feedback as to how you feel, and what is going on for you
  • we work with your body, mind and soul - our yoga is health and relaxation oriented, rather than guru-oriented
  • we bring you aspects of chinese martial arts, pilates, movement in all forms where there is overlap
  • the essence of yoga is preserved, and presented in a uniquely Australian, practical, technical, and light-hearted way

In loving  your yoga, you will connect with and love all aspects of yourself, your body, and that will naturally flow from your relationship with yourself and into all your other relationships.
