LEARN YOGA

This Immersion into the Anatomy and Pysiology of YOga is unique to any other seminar of Simon’s throughout the world.   • attend a group yoga class – $17.50  for 75 minutes  [Tuesdays and Thursday groups]
  • do a little one-on-one with your own private instructor (Yoga Personal Training) – $49 for 30 minutes
  • ‘enlist’ for a Yoga Bootcamp – believe it or not, Yoga BootCamps are a wonderful way to start yoga as we do a set number of postures and you get the opportunity to perfect your technique. Twelve sessions – approximately three weeks between BootCamps. Mornings (6am – 7 am).

Hi, I am interested in doing yoga for flexibility, strength and posture. I have never done yoga before and wondered what course or class would be best to join.
