Why not join us here where we take Yoga, and you seriously, and explore different options showing you ways to learn and to love yoga depending on your time, interest and budget. 

  • attend a group yoga class – $17.50  for 75 minutes  [Tuesdays and Thursday groups]
  • do a little one-on-one with your own private instructor (Yoga Personal Training) – $49 for 30 minutes
  • ‘enlist’ for a Yoga Bootcamp – believe it or not, Yoga BootCamps are a wonderful way to start yoga as we do a set number of postures and you get the opportunity to perfect your technique. Twelve sessions – approximately three weeks between BootCamps. Mornings (6am – 7 am).

Hi, I am interested in doing yoga for flexibility, strength and posture. I have never done yoga before and wondered what course or class would be best to join.
