Group induction session this wednesday 7 July at 5 pm at the Studio. All welcome, but you need to be registered and pre-paid so we can do your range of movement, familiarisation and goal.  ”Induction” sessions essential for all new ‘recruits’ as soon as you have prepaid. We will take enquiries and bookings all week.  Attend Mondays – Thursdays  6 am – 7 am. 11 sessions over three weeks give fabulous results.

Yoga Intensives [BootCamps], are a specific fast-track program. Over 5 – 11 sessions, your yoga will focus on four specific categories.

Susan Wanmer’s Yoga Bootcamp unique to Milton Yoga Studio, will be unlike any other yoga intensive you will find. Bootcamp is based on a set of principles that are unique to Yoga and quite different from gym-style bootcamps.
