We have exactly 5 spots left. This BootCamp is great for starting , or improving your yoga. You will focus on Stretch and strength, but it is tied in to the time of year, so it is called Energiser to build your energy well before autumn hits.

Susan Wanmer’s Yoga Bootcamp unique to Milton Yoga Studio, will be unlike any other yoga intensive you will find. Bootcamp is based on a set of principles that are unique to Yoga and quite different from gym-style bootcamps.
Bootcamp brings out the mind and body training that is found in all traditional Hatha Yoga.
This is open to anyone at any level, so book in quickly as the spots are limited and it will fill up fast.
